At WONGKRATON, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free. Our returns and exchanges policy is simple and transparent.

We offer returns and exchanges policy for items purchased from our online store. You can return any item within 28 days of receipt, provided it is unworn/unused, in a resaleable condition, and with all tags still attached. Please fold and pack the garments carefully when returning. However, please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been altered, such as hemmed jeans.

Please bear in mind that the cost of returning items to us is at the purchaser's expense. Before returning an item, please email us at sales@wongkraton.com so we can anticipate your package. Additionally, ensure you include your name or order number inside or outside the package for easy identification.

To avoid any additional taxes or duties, please mark the items as RETURNED GOODS and declare the value at no more than USD30.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked service with signature on delivery when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost goods.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If you opt for an exchange, we will charge shipping or deduct the regular regional shipping cost from your refund/credit.

Items bought from sources other than our Denim Store, if valid for return, will not be refunded but will receive a store credit voucher.

Upon receiving your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit, or ship an exchange promptly. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed and an additional 3 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you have received any small promotional gifts, such as stickers, please feel free to keep them.
